Looking to create a resource that would connect volunteers with nonprofit organizations that need help, Love This Place reached out to me to help tie together their digital strategy. From their website, to internal emails, to project management, to their email list + automation, we tied together all of the right technology for a successful launch of phase one for the organization.
Digital Problems Solved
Brand Identity + Expression: The logo was designed to capture a sense of unity and service with their local community.
Website: The website is the core piece of this project. All of the email, project management and social media strategies point back to the website as the central digital hub for the organization.
Custom Forms: There are a number of custom forms throughout the site used for volunteer, organization and event registration.
Forms + Automation: Through custom forms, we automated the process of creating directory listings. When each org fills out their profile, an entry on the website is automatically created. All Love This Place needs to do is approve or deny the organization application.

Project Management: All of the custom forms are integrated with custom workflows to enable the organization to effectively manage their volunteers, organizations, testimonials, events, etc.
Email List + Automation: A major component of Love This Place’s strategy lies in their email list + automation. Every event put on by Love This Place provides the opportunity to get on their email list where Love This Place is able to regularly communicate with volunteers and organizations. Through the website, organizations have the ability to post events they need volunteers for and through email automation all volunteers are notified about new event opportunities right in their inbox.
