I recently had the opportunity to give a short interview on Business Talk Radio. Listen as I talk with Christopher Roberts about Bobolink Creative and how being a Digital Problem Solver means that I help companies take complicated business problems and create simplified solutions that help them choose and use the right technology to manage their projects and business.

If this sounds like you, I would love to have a conversation and see what kind of digital problem solving we can do for your business!

Let’s Have a CallTL;DR (or in this case— too long, didn’t listen)
Here are a few highlights from the interview:
There are so many different tools and technology options available that it can really become overwhelming and a lot of times businesses don’t have the time or resources to figure out what tools and processes to use or how to tie it all together to make it actually work for their business.
Primarily I focus on a company’s website as their digital hub because that’s really the digital front door to their business. From there we focus on other aspects with their email and project management to tie it all together.
At the end of the day, it’s really all just about helping people. How can I help businesses help their customers? The key is to be able to think creatively about their problems and solve those.
Most of the time people come to me knowing they should have a website and should be using technology and these digital tools, but they don’t know where to start. Or, they have something in place but it is a bit of a mess and they don’t know how to navigate it and make it work for their business.
It is more important than ever to really just have an online presence and be able to manage our businesses digitally.
