In order to provide all of my clients with the best service possible, I must limit my availability so that I can stay focused on each project. I do this by keeping regular office hours, by taking periodic vacations throughout the year, and by requesting that calls be scheduled.
Want to schedule a call?
The easiest way for us to connect is to grab a time on my calendar that works for you. Typically I like to conduct my calls via video. Just select the type of call you need, and you will be provided with the link to my online meeting room once you’ve scheduled your call.
Vacations & Holidays:
Like most everybody, I also take vacation here and there so that I can spend time with family and friends, take a step away from the desk to get recharged and/or work ON my business to better serve you. Here are some times I will be unavailable throughout the year.
Some American Holidays
Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
End of the Year
December 24 – January 2
Phone/Video Calls:
Whether we are the middle of a project, or you want to discuss a new project, I simply request that calls be scheduled on my calendar. I do this for two reasons:
- Much like with constantly checking emails (which I don’t do), taking random calls during the middle of the day is inefficient. It takes my best attention away from your project.
- I want to be at my best for you. If calls are scheduled, I can be prepared so that we can discuss the right information and make the best use of our time toward your project.
