Looking to create a resource that would connect volunteers with nonprofit organizations that need help, Love This Place reached out to me to help tie together their digital strategy. From their website, to internal emails, to project management, to their email list + marketing, we tied together all of the right technology for a successful launch of phase one for the organization.
From concept to launch and management beyond launch, I was involved in the process for Say A Little Prayer For Me. I worked with the organization board to develop the concept and how it would work. We conducted surveys and beta tests before launching the platform publicly. The goal was to create an online platform where people could anonymously submit prayer requests from all over the world at any time. Those requests would then be given to a community of people who have committed to pray for the requests. The project was very agile as we worked through the concept, but we knew from the beginning the two main components would be a front end resource for people to request prayer, and a backend resource for people to manage and pray for those requests.
Heather came to me with a vague thought and a lot of questions. We honed in on what it would look like to start taking action on her idea and turn it into a full on passion project. We identified long-term goals, and broke those down into smaller, actionable items. Through weekly coaching calls we worked on how to execute the actionable items and make incremental progress each week.
When I first started working with Ciardi Co, the company had been flying under the radar for years. Mainly doing business traditionally through many manual and offline efforts, Ciardi Co was looking to break into the digital space.
Wanting to take a passion and turn it into a business was where Ear to Ear Entertainment was at when we first started working together. A big focus for their digital strategy was lead generation, local visibility and project management.
