If you want to really make a difference, you have to be willing to try out a few different combinations before you will figure out what works.
I haven’t been in the business of helping people with their digital platform for 40 or 50 years, but I’ve been helping people long enough to notice some patterns. Apart from, “make the logo bigger,” one of the things I hear the most is, “I need a website.” or “Can you make me a website?” or some variation. When people tell me they need a website, my response is ALWAYS, “Ok, but it’s so much more than just a website.”
