Objective
When I first started working with Ciardi Co, the company had been flying under the radar for years. Mainly doing business traditionally through many manual and offline efforts, Ciardi Co was looking to break into the digital space.
Digital Problems Solved
Brand Identity + Expression: We started by identifying what type of customers the construction company serves and why. We also identified some of the key values of the company. Once there was an understanding of who, why and values, the next step was visual expression through the logo.
Website: Having nothing online previously, the website was designed from the ground up. Focusing on commercial renovation, the home page features a before + after animation. The home page also highlights the three core industry focuses of the company along with the few differentiating factors discovered in the Brand Identity stage.
Gallery: A key feature of the website is the interactive gallery showcasing full project case studies along with individual, smaller projects.

Project Management: In addition to the website, I worked with Ciardi Co to develop organizational structure and project management using customized workflows. This project management strategy enabled the company to go almost entirely paperless and have access to all project details from the office or the job site. The workflows created integrate directly with the website, eliminating some of the admin tasks associated with lead generation, saving the office staff time while keeping everyone informed on new potential projects.
Print Marketing: We have created a number of print ads for local journals and almanacs.
