Brand Expression: Ear to Ear Entertainment had largely identified their brand already, so our first step was to get right to visual expression through their logo.
Website: One of the major challenges Ear to Ear had when getting started was the fact that just prior to making the decision to turn their passion into a business, they had relocated to another state. Being a location based business in a region with highly known competitors, becoming visible to customers was crucial. We focused highly on local search, directories and keywords as an overall goal with the site.
Testimonials: Showcasing satisfied customers was important to build their reputation in a new location. We connected workflows to follow up with customers and collect the feedback for the site.

Project Management: There were a number of custom forms created throughout the site for various event types. These forms were all integrated with a back-end project management system that enabled Ear to Ear Entertainment to efficiently manage the large number of event needed to coordinate a successful event.
